Tulane was busy Thursday morning at Henderson High School.

Rising senior athlete Trae Hall and rising junior defensive end Keivie Rose both received college football scholarship opportunities from the Green Wave program. Both players took to Twitter to announce the news.

Hall (6-3, 185) was Henderson's primary quarterback last season. He also frequently shifted to receiver so the squad could utilize TCU defensive back signee Lakendrick VanZandt as a wildcat quarterback.

As a quarterback, Hall completed 118 of 167 passes for 1,894 yards and recorded 24 touchdowns to just three interceptions.

Rose (6-4, 220) recorded 12 tackles during the 2016 season, including two for loss. He also was credited with two fumble recoveries.

Florida Atlantic gave Rose his first scholarship opportunity Wednesday evening.

Tulane did the same combo deal earlier this week at John Tyler High School. It simultaneously began actively recruiting linebacker Tre Allison and hybrid defender Dekalen Goodson.

The Green Wave program now has six local rising seniors on its big board in addition to Rose at the rising junior level.

First-year coach Willie Fritz led Tulane to a 4-8 record last season. One win came in American Athletic Conference play.

Hall will become eligible to sign with any program that offers him in December. Rose will have to wait until December of 2018.
