UTEP Offers Pine Tree’s Keshon Williams
Pine Tree 2019 ATH Keshon Williams picked up his fifth Division I FBS scholarship offer on Tuesday.
Williams (6-4, 230) reported via Twitter that UTEP is the latest school to offer.
In addition to the Miners, Williams also has FBS opportunities from Louisiana-Monroe, New Mexico State, Rice, and Texas State.
Williams played multiple positions for the Pirates in 2017, as they went 3-8, falling in the first round of the playoffs. He finished with 600 total yards (194 receiving, 339 rushing and 67 passing) and 17 total touchdowns.
UTEP is under the direction of new head coach Dana Dimel. The Miners, who are members of Conference USA, were 0-12 last season.
Williams, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any team that offers him beginning in December.
