APEC Training Facility in Tyler to Host Recruiting Seminar on Saturday

TYLER -- APEC training facility will host a recruiting seminar put on by Dave Campbell's Texas Football magazine and longtime football scout Randy Rogers at 1 p.m. Saturday.

The event is free of charge. East Texas juniors and sophomores -- football prospects in the 2015 and 2016 classes -- are the target audience for the seminar. For more information on Rogers and his recruiting service, visit www.randyrogersrecruiting.com.

There will be no physical testing or any combine-style activity. The seminar will be all information centered on the recruiting process and how to help athletes prepare for it at school and at home.

ETSN.fm teamed with APEC last May for the first ETSN.fm East Texas Football Recruiting Combine, which hosted 100 of the region's top 2014 and 2015 football players. Twenty-two of the players who performed at the combine have at least one Division I FBS offer at this time.
