Ravon Morgan added eight points for the Lady Tigers.

No. 18 Lindale Scores 49-37 Win at Corsicana

CORSICANA -- Eighteenth-ranked Lindale remained undefeated in District 16-4A play with a 49-37 victory at Corsicana on Tuesday.

Neely Doss led Lindale (18-4, 2-0) with 11 points, followed by Makenna Allen's 10 and Natasha Malone's nine.

Lindale led 41-36 entering the fourth quarter before tightening the clamps on the Lady Tigers (0-2 in district), holding them to one point in the final period to pull away for the 12-point victory.

Shamara Taylor led Corsicana with 11 points.

No. 25 Mineola Tops Brownsboro, 42-32

BROWNSBORO -- Sister Green scored 14 points to lead 25th-ranked Mineola to a 42-32 win at Brownsboro in Tuesday's 15-3A game.

Kelsey Green and Ali Galaz each scored eight points for Mineola, which improved to 21-3 overall and 2-0 in 15-3A. Sister Green hit two-three pointers to account for six of her game-high 14 points.

The loss dropped Brownsboro to 0-2 in 15-3A.

Balanced Scoring Leads Mabank to 45-40 Win at Canton

CANTON -- Four players combined for 39 points to lead Mabank to a 45-40 victory at Canton in Tuesday's District 15-3A contest.

Bailey Sivain and Meagan Holyfield led Mabank (2-0 in district) with 12 points apiece, while Kourtney Holyfield and Kaitlyn Holyfield scored eight and seven, respectively.

Kassidy Wilkerson scored a game-high 13 points, including three three-pointers, for Canton (1-1 in district). Teammate Caitlin Parker added eight points. Emery Elliott had seven points, four steals, and four assists, while Holly Raitz had six points and six rebounds.

Malakoff Keeps on Rolling With Win over Red Oak Life

RED OAK -- The Malakoff Lady Tigers improved to 5-1 in District 13-2A with a 49-48 win over Red Oak Life on Tuesday night.

Taye Jackson led Malakoff with 18 points, while Hayley Thomas added 11 in the winning effort.

Malakoff continues its season Friday at home against Dallas Life Oak Cliff.

West Rusk Doubles Up Winona, 50-25

WINONA -- Tierney Reddic scored 11 points, while Tamara Abercrombie added 10 to lead West Rusk to a 50-25 win at Winona in Tuesday's District 18-2A matchup.

Malorie Herron and Shelby Linton scored eight points apiece for West Rusk, which improved to 17-6 overall and 5-1 in 18-2A play. Alison Nutt added five points.

Joaquin Takes Downs Timpson

JOAQUIN -- The Timpson Lady Bears dropped a 49-39 decision to Joaquin in District 22-A Division I action on Tuesday night.

Jakelia Caraway led Timpson with 22 points.

Timpson returns to the court Friday at home against No. 3 Martinsville, while Joaquin travels to Tenaha.

No. 1 Martin's Mill Routs Big Sandy

BIG SANDY -- Haily Jenkins scored a game-high 21 points to power top-ranked Martin's Mill to a 69-13 blowout of Big Sandy in Tuesday's District 17-A meeting.

Cassidy McCoy hit four treys to score 12 points for the Lady Mustangs, who improved to 20-4 overall and 5-0 in district. Cheyenne Brown also scored 12 points, while Taylor Munns and Brianne Miller added six and five, respectively.

Neches Rolls to District 21-A Win Over Alto

ALTO -- Neches had three players score in double figures and five score at least six points in a 65-12 rout at Alto in Tuesday's District 21-A matchup.

Neches improved to 12-11 overall and 2-0 in district competition.

LaPoynor Delivers 58-41 Defeat to Beckville

BECKVILLE -- Kivi Eldridge scored 16 points, while Haley Terry added 13 to lead LaPoynor to a 58-41 win at Beckville in Tuesday's District 17-A contest.

LaPoynor's Kelsey Bristow added 10 points, while Jensen Anderson scored nine and Cassie Tobin had eight. LaPoynor led 27-18 at halftime and outscored Beckville (11-11, 1-4) 17-10 in the third quarter to pull away.

Beckville's Ivy Rieke had a game-high 20 points with seven rebounds and three steals. Maya Bradford had 15 points, nine rebounds, and four steals.

Beckville hosts Big Sandy at 6:15 p.m. Friday.

Trio Leads No. 3 Tyler T.K. Gorman to 69-45 Home Victory

TYLER -- Three double-figure scorers powered third-ranked Tyler T.K. Gorman to a 69-45 win against Carrollton Prince of Peace in Tuesday's district opener.

Merrimack (Mass.) College signee Michelle Obach led Gorman (20-3, 1-0) with 23 points and seven assists, while Brooke Lee added 16 points and five rebounds. Allie Buzbee hit three three-pointers and scored 15 points.

Gorman's Susannah Williams added eight points. Danielle Smith had six points and five rebounds.
