NEW CHAPEL HILL -- The Lady Bulldogs needed every one of Daija Maddox's 25 points to get past Tyler Lee, 58-56, Tuesday in New Chapel Hill. Maddox hit the game's lone 3-pointer in addition to leading all players in scoring.

TYLER -- Christopher Wilhelmi made sure Tyler Grace Community would see another week in the playoffs.

FRANKSTON -- Addie Daughtry, Parker Daughty and Jordan Tauscher all reached double digits Thursday to help Tyler Grace Community past Frankston, 62-45, on the road. A 20-point third quarter helped the Lady Cougars (2-0) get the separation they needed. The Lady Indians (0-1) led 15-14 after the first quarter and were down just 28-26 at the break.

CARROLLTON -- Tyler Grace Community extended its TAPPS Division II, District II winning streak to three games Friday with a 28-6 win against Carrollton Prince of Peace. Weather conditions were poor in Carrollton -- the game suffered three lightning delays -- so the Cougars had to lean on their defense. The unit answered the bell with three stops in the red zone.

TYLER -- The Cougars built up a three-possession lead in the first quarter of Friday's game against Tyler All Saints and never looked back on the way to a 51-0 victory at Clyde-Perkins Stadium. Quarterback Christopher Wilhelmi led the way. He completed 9 of 11 passes for 134 yards and a score while also rushing for 61 yards and scoring the early, game-winning touchdown on a 1-yard dive.

TYLER -- Tyler All Saints moved to 5-1 in TAPPS District 2-4A with a three-set win against local rival Tyler Grace Community. The Trojans took the match, 25-12, 25-12, 25-20.

HARLETON -- Tyler Grace Community put on another offensive clinic Friday in its 42-14 win at Harleton. Quarterback Christopher Wilhelmi completed 25 of 30 passes for 346 yards and had two throwing scores in the game. He also found the end zone on a 20-yard run on the way to 60 ground yards...
