HOOKS -- Tradarian Craver ran for two fourth-quarter touchdown to lead the Hughes Springs Mustangs to a 14-13 victory over Hooks on Friday night.

Hughes Springs (3-1) trailed 13-0 entering the fourth, but Craver got the Mustangs on the board with a 15-yard touchdown run and two-point conversion with 7:47 remaining.

Craver's 22-yarder on the next possession sealed the comeback win.

Hooks (1-3) took a 6-0 lead into halftime on Malik Estell's 5-yard touchdown run with less than two minutes remaining in the half. And the Hornets added to their lead on Brent Hughes' 54-yard scoring toss to receiver and Texas commit Montrell Estell in the third quarter.

Both teams return to action next Friday. Hughes Springs plays host to Garrison, while Hooks opens up District 7-3A Division II play at home against Queen City.
