Key matchup: Explosiveness of Pleasant Grove offense against the stout defense of West Orange Stark.

Pleasant Grove has got what it wants on offense this season. The mere fact that QB Ben Harmon is throwing for 23 yards per completions is insane. It usually doesn't take the Hawks many plays to score.

However, WOS has one of the stingiest defenses in Texas. It has to in order to make up for a slightly above average offense. The Mustangs will give Pleasant Grove its toughest challenge yet. Whereas the Hawks are used to getting 20 yards per play, they might have to settle for three or four in this game.

Whether Pleasant Grove can adjust accordingly will determine if it has what it takes to dethrone WOS.

Don't be surprised if: Chaka Watson leads the offense for the Mustangs.

He can do it all. He runs and passes and WOS doesn't really use much else. For this reason, it will be critical for Pleasant Grove to key in on him. If the Hawks can stop him, they only need to worry about the defense.

The issue is, with as good as Watson is, stopping him will be easier said than done.
