Key matchup: Alto secondary against the San Augustine passing attack. The Wolves have a great running game, meaning defenses must stay honest. But if Alto neglect the pass too much, it will get burned.

QuenTyvian Borders, Quay Johnson and Ced Thomas form one of the most balanced receiving corps in East Texas. With Gavin Murr throwing the ball, the Wolves should have nothing but confidence in their passing game. Each receiver has amassed more than 200 yards this season, so Alto might have to pick its poison with these guys.

That said, Jaqualon Finley, Chris Jackson and Alex McIntyre have combined for five interceptions this season. If Alto can get to Murr and force bad decisions, those guys will do the rest.

If it can't, San Augustine will take a big step forward in the district race.

Don't be surprised if: Alto rushes for a great number of yards. The Yellowjackets have been dominant running all season. Hunter Townsend and Fred Thacker have combined for more than 1,700 yards.

San Augustine is definitely going to have its work cut out for it on Friday. However, if the Wolves can contain the Alto rushing attack, they are that much closer to 8-0.
