TATUM -- Tatum running back Devon Boyd ran for three touchdowns and the Eagles finished 10-0 for the eighth time in school history with a 35-23 win over Harmony on Friday night at Eagle Stadium.

Tatum (10-0, 5-0 in District 9-2A Division I) trailed 14-12 at halftime but rallied in the second half. Boyd had touchdown runs of 35, 40 and 9 yards to carry the Eagles' offensive load.

Jaylen Shans added a 2-yard touchdown run and returned an interception 14 yards for a touchdown with a minute left in the game to seal the victory.

Micah Ross threw two touchdown passes for Harmony (7-3, 3-2), both of which went to Tim McCoy. Juan Montoya added a 14-yard touchdown run in the loss.

Tatum faces Kountze at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Abe Martin Stadium in Lufkin in the first round of the 2A Division I playoffs.
