Tuesday Volleyball Roundup: Tyler Grace Knocks Off Bullard, No. 3 Beckville Keeps Rolling + More

BULLARD -- The Tyler Grace Lady Cougars earned a 23-25, 25-23, 25-21, 27-25 win over Bullard on Tuesday night.

Bullard (13-9) was led in defeat by Mackenzie Fish, who finished with 11 kills, seven aces and five digs. Kennedy Key added seven kills, McCall Cowart had six kills and five blocks, Rachel Kelley and Mikaela Goode combined for 33 assists, Katie Cole had 14 digs, while Ashtyn Zamazal chipped in with four blocks.

The Lady Panthers return to action this weekend at the Brownsboro Tournament.

Winona Sweeps Big Sandy

WINONA -- The Winona Ladycats rolled to a 25-23, 25-12, 25-17 sweep of rival Big Sandy on Tuesday night.

Kawaii Gordon led the way with 13 kills, 11 digs and four aces. Nichole Garrett added eight kills, Alexis Hernandez and Bailey Daniels teamed for 30 assists, and Mallori Shacklett registered nine digs.

Winona hosts its own tournament this weekend.

Third-Ranked Beckville Sweeps Tyler Bishop Gorman

TYLER -- No. 3 Beckville continued its winning ways Tuesday with a 25-17, 25-17, 25-13 sweep of Tyler Bishop Gorman.

Carson Blair had a big night, finishing with 10 kills, eight digs and nine aces. She served 13 consecutive points in Game 2, and followed that up with eight straight service points in the third game.

Cassie Elizondo added nine kills and two digs, Carley Lawhorn had six kills, three digs and two blocks, Kinley Blair finished with five kills, eight digs and two blocks, while Kassidy Alexander and Madi Mize combined for 32 assists.

Beckville (19-4) plays host to Troup on Friday.

Ore City Rolls Past Leverett's Chapel

ORE CITY -- The Ore City Lady Rebels earned a 25-14, 25-14, 25-14 sweep of Leverett's Chapel on Tuesday night.

Tiera Cook sparked Ore City (9-9) with 11 kills, four assists, five digs and two aces. Gracie Allen contributed six kills, six digs and two aces, Chelsea Young and Ramiya Randle combined for seven kills, 10 assists and four aces, while Nataya Johnson dished out 18 assists to go with three aces.

Ore City takes part in the Winona Tournament this weekend.

Eustace Takes Down Italy

ITALY -- The Eustace Lady Bulldogs earned a 25-22, 25-19, 20-25, 25-23 win over Italy on Tuesday night.

Kasey Loped led the way with 11 kills and three digs. Michelle Gomez added five kills and three assists, Taylor Peebles finished with four kills and five aces, while Abra Roberts had 11 assists and seven aces.
