Longview improved to 14-10 overall and remains undefeated in 12-5A play with a 5-0 mark.

Texas High Tops Pine Tree, 64-54

TEXARKANA -- Texas High downed Pine Tree 64-54 in Friday's District 14-4A game.

Caleb Chumley led Pine Tree with 17 points, while Trever Barker and Mason Hays scored 12 points apiece. Robert Hines added nine points.

Ben Brundrett + Kendon Womack Key Spring Hill's 30-Point Win at Gilmer

GILMER -- Ben Brundrett and Kendon Womack combined for 30 points to lead Spring Hill to a 61-31 win at Gilmer in Friday's District 16-3A game.

Brundrett led Spring Hill (16-8, 4-1) with 17 points and six rebounds, while Womack had 13 points and three steals. Adam Lattier had six points, six rebounds, and five assists. Jordan Phelan had seven points and three steals, and Layne Patterson scored eight points.

Palestine Opens 19-3A With Eight-Point Victory at Groesbeck

GROESBECK -- Shumauri Scott and Tony Butler combined for 29 points to lead Palestine to a 58-50 win in Friday's District 19-3A opener.

Scott led Palestine (8-12, 1-0) with 16 points, while Butler added 13.

Teammate Sheldon Watson scored eight points. Marquis Clark and D. McMorris scored seven apiece.

Bullard Beats Henderson in 16-3A Action, 46-39

HENDERSON -- Chandler Clark scored 12 points and Landen Beckham added 10 to lead Bullard to a 46-39 victory at Henderson in Friday's District 16-3A matchup.

Mike White led Henderson (2-15, 1-3) with 12 points and five assists, while Tre' Hollins had 10 points and four steals.

Bullard's Corbin Howard scored nine points. Henderson's Zane Boles almost had a double-double with nine points and 12 rebounds.

No. 2 White Oak Rolls to 76-35 Win at Jefferson

JEFFERSON -- Ten Roughnecks scored, including four in double figures, to lead No. 2 White Oak to a 76-35 road rout of Jefferson on Friday in District 17-2A.

Skylar Sutton led White Oak (21-1, 5-0) with 15 points, three assists, and three steals, while had 14 points and seven rebounds. Tanner Sharp chipped in with 11 points and five rebounds. Kris Anderson had 10 points, eight assists, and four steals.

White Oak's Slade Sutton scored eight points. Teammate Levi Yancy had five points, nine rebounds, eight blocks, three assists, and three steals. Hayden Nichols added five points and eight boards.

Terrence Whitaker's 14 points led Jefferson. Cordarryl Hale had six points.

No. 17 Palestine Westwood Notches 24-Point Win at Garrison

GARRISON -- L.J. Hutchison scored 15 points, while Dra Ross added 13 to lead 17th-ranked Palestine Westwood to a 57-33 win at Garrison in Friday's District 19-2A contest.

Westwood (15-7, 5-0) got nine points from Jacobee Newton and eight points from J.J. Turner.

Garrison fell to 0-4 in district.

Winnsboro Slips By Edgewood, 64-59

EDGEWOOD -- Winnsboro remained undefeated in District 14-2A with Friday's 64-59 win at Edgewood.

Eugene Dillard led Edgewood (15-8, 4-1) with 22 points and seven rebounds, while Tyler Germany had 17 points, four rebounds, and four assists. Jacob Sharff added 11 points, five assists, four rebounds, and three steals.

Winnsboro improved to 5-0 in 14-2A with the victory.

Trio of Scorers Leads No. 6 Cayuga to 66-Point Blowout of Hubbard

CAYUGA -- Chandler Rigdon, Preston Anderson, and Deon Shofner combined for 88 points in sixth-ranked Cayuga's 117-51 rout of Hubbard in Friday's District 18-A Division I.

Rigdon scored 31 points, while Anderson scored 30. Shofner had 27. Cayuga improved to 15-6 overall and 1-0 in district.

No. 8 San Augustine Cruises to 26-point Victory at Zavalla

ZAVALLA -- Courtney Thomas scored 14 points and Jarvis Smith had a double-double to lead No. 8 San Augustine to a 64-38 win at Zavalla in Friday's District 23-A Division I opener.

Smith had 13 points and 13 rebounds, including six offensive, while Bobby Tanner added 11 points and six rebounds. Zhikavian Wilson had five points and seven boards. Desmond Randle and Al Horton scored seven points apiece.

San Augustine is now 10-5 overall.

No. 11 LaPoynor Hammers Carlisle, 88-25

PRICE -- Deon Johnson was two steals away from a triple-double as 11th-ranked LaPoynor blew out Carlisle 88-25 in Friday's District 17-A Division contest.

Johnson had 28 points, 10 steals, and eight assists to lead the Flyers, who improved to 18-5 overall. Octavius Crear had 15 points, five assists, and five steals. Wade Long scored 15 points, and Mason Motal had eight points and 10 rebounds. Ashton Abendroth scored 10 points.

Isaiah Johnson Lead Big Sandy to 44-Point Victory at Beckville

BECKVILLE -- Isaiah Johnson's 23 points led Big Sandy to a 65-21 rout at Beckville in Friday's District 17-A Division I meeting.

Taurus Keppard hit three treys and finished with 14 points for Big Sandy (16-3, 3-1), which got 10 points from Joshua Jackson.

Beckville fell to 3-13 overall and 1-3 in district.

Donta Harris + Kendrick Anderson Lead No. 5 Laneville Over No. 22 Kennard

KENNARD -- Fifth-ranked Laneville got a big night from Donta Harris and a double-double from Kendrick Anderson in Friday's 68-57 District 25-A Division II victory at No. 22 Kennard.

Harris led the Yellowjackets (16-6, 3-1) with 24 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals, while Anderson added 22 points, 11 rebounds, and three steals. Harris hit five three-pointers.

Kennard's Trent Simon scored a game-high 26 points. Laneville's Anthony Roberts had 11 points, six rebounds, and three steals.

Tyler All Saints Routs Waco Reicher, 78-25

TYLER -- Six Trojans scored at least seven points apiece to lead Tyler All Saints to a dominating 78-25 win against Waco Reicher on Friday.

Brice Borgeson led All Saints (19-9, 1-1) with 14 points, while Aston Francis scored 12. Spencer Ball had 11.

Waco Reicher fell to 0-2 in TAPPS District 2-4A.

Trinity Christian-Cedar Hill Builds Big Lead to Defeat Tyler Grace

TYLER -- Verlo Levels and Andrew Melhart combined for 38 points, but Tyler Grace fell 72-58 at home to Trinity Christian-Cedar Hill on Friday.

TC-CH led 23-7 after one quarter and built a 46-22 halftime lead.

Levels led Grace with 21 points, five rebounds, and three assists, while Melhart had 17 points and five rebounds. Melhart made 5 of 12 three-point attempts. Teammate Phillip McKinney had four points, 13 rebounds, and nine assists.
