District champion Kilgore captured four of five superlatives on the boys 16-3A all-district basketball team, which was voted on by the league's coaches.

Kilgore's Trey Conrod was voted district MVP after helping lead the Bulldogs to the regional semifinals where they fell to eventual state champion Dallas Madison.

Teammates Nick Orange (Offensive Player of the Year) and Clery Delmas (Defensive Player of the Year) and Jeff Coleman (Coach of the Year) also were awarded superlatives.

Bullard's Major Tennison was chosen as 16-3A's Newcomer of the Year.
