Softball Coaches Asked to Send in Nominations for TSWA All-State

Coaches are asked to nominate players for the Texas Sports Writers Association All-State Softball Team as soon as possible when their seasons are complete.

Send nominations to Jack Stallard at the Longview News-Journal. Please send to jstallard@news-journal.com and bigdaddystallard@yahoo.com.

Please inlcude:

• Player(s)
• Grade
• School
• Classification of school (1A, 2A, etc.)
• Any available stats.

If a player played more than one position, please nominate for the position you feel they best deserve recognition. If a player played several positions and excelled at all of them, you might want to consider nominating her for utility player.

Deadline for nominations is the Friday after the UIL State Softball Tournament.
