TATUM -- Chapel Hill quarterback Reggie King totaled three touchdowns and the Bulldogs got into the win column for the first time this season with a 42-21 win over Tatum on Friday night.

King threw two touchdown passes in the first half and scored the go-ahead touchdown on the ground early in the fourth quarter. He connected with Kenyatta Henderson (49 yards) and Zack Walters (37 yards) for touchdowns in the first half.

Henderson added a 28-yard touchdown run for Chapel Hill in the first half. King's touchdown to Walters gave the Bulldogs (1-4) a 21-0 lead.

Tatum responded with a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown by Denarious Earl, and Josh Ivy added a 7-yard touchdown run to cut Chapel Hill's lead to 21-12 at halftime.

The Eagles (0-4) fought back to tie the game at 21-21 after a 6-yard touchdown run by Ivy and a field goal by Jesus Sandoval.

But Chapel Hill put the game away. King scored on a 4-yard touchdown run, Adrian Miner added a 3-yard score and De'undre Phillips returned an interception 56 yards for a touchdown.
