Everett Dickerson comprises half of the Atlanta Rabbits’ vaunted backfield tandem and is primed for a big senior year.

Joining speedster Corion Webster (committed to Oklahoma State), Dickerson averaged 10.8 yards per carry and scored nine rushing touchdowns as he and Webster combined for more than 2,500 rushing yards in 2011. Dickerson is being recruited as a safety by multiple schools so his ability as a defender may be what helps him succeed at the next level.

Dickerson is another one of SMU’s East Texas targets, giving the Mustangs three commitments in the first nine players featured in the preseason ETSN 25. If Dickerson has the kind of senior season the Rabbits expect from him, his offer list could get larger.
