New Boston senior running back Damien Haskins has not been stopped all season, and just when it was thought his season couldn't get any better, the superstar outdid himself.

Again.

Haskins, who switched his commitment from Memphis to Oregon State early last week, closed the week by rushing for 352 yards and eight touchdowns on 22 carries in fifth-ranked New Boston's 58-22 victory over Hooks last Friday.

The star-studded performance, which has become the norm for Haskins, earned the 5-10, 210-pound back the ETSN.fm Dairy Queen Offensive Player of the Week honor for the second time this year.

He achieved the honor previously after running for 393 yards and five TDs in his team's 38-37 win over perennial power Daingerfield on Oct. 5.

For the season, Haskins has rushed for an East Texas-best 2,175 yards and 36 touchdowns. If New Boston plays 16 games this season, which would mean a trip to the state championship game, Haskins is on pace for 4,350 yards and 72 touchdowns, both of which would be state records.

Haskins and New Boston (8-0, 4-0) continue their season Friday at Prairiland.
