White Oak senior point guard Kris Anderson has committed to North Lake College, according to ETSN.fm contributor Justin Wells.

Anderson, who hit the game-winning shot with four seconds remaining in White Oak's 56-54 win over Brock in last March's Class 2A state championship game, decided on the Irving junior college months after cementing his legacy at White Oak.

North Lake College won NJCAA Division III national titles in 2006 and 2008.

Anderson averaged 11 points, six assists and three steals per game as a senior. In addition to earning first-team honors on the ETSN.fm Super Team, the 5-7 guard was the Class 2A state tournament Most Valuable Player and was both an Texas Association of Basketball Coaches all-state and all-region selection.
