Daingerfield’s Jakauri Woods the ETSN.fm + Dairy Queen Offensive Player of the Week

It was a big night for the Daingerfield Tigers' offense last Friday in a 78-19 rout of District 11-3A Division II rival Ore City.

And the man behind it all did a little bit of everything.

Daingerfield senior quarterback Jakauri Woods accounted for 470 yards of offense and six touchdowns in the win.

For his efforts, Woods is the ETSN.fm/Dairy Queen Offensive Player of the Week. He follows last week's winner, Jasper running back Montavien Hunt.

Woods completed 13 of 17 passes for 277 yards and three touchdowns vs. Ore City, and added 193 yards and three more TD's on the ground.

Daingerfield (3-2, 2-1) returns to action this Friday night at home against Queen City (0-6, 0-3).
