WHITE OAK -- White Oak built a 37-point halftime lead and coasted to a 88-16 blowout of Elysian Fields on Friday at E.B. Carrington Gymnasium.

Skylar Sutton led White Oak (19-1, 3-0) with 18 points, six steals, and five rebounds, while Kris Anderson had 15 points, five steals, and three assists. Levi Yancy had 12 points and 10 rebounds.

White Oak led 42-5 at halftime to cruise to the easy win. White Oak's Tanner Sharp scored 12 points. Cass Carr scored eight. Josh Benson added seven points, eight rebounds, and four steals.

Matt Martin led Elysian Fields with four points. Cole Northy, Anthony Diehl, Bevin Manning, and Dustin Horton scored three points apiece.

Dustin Thomas Leads Pleasant Grove Over Pine Tree, 40-37

LONGVIEW -- Colorado-bound forward Dustin Thomas scored 24 points to lead Pleasant Grove to a 40-37 victory at Pine Tree on Friday at the Pirate Center.

Blake Adams led Pine Tree with 18 points. Trever Barker scored six.

Henderson Doubles Up Gilmer, 49-24

HENDERSON -- Zane Boles had 17 points and eight rebounds to lead Henderson to a 49-24 victory over Gilmer on Friday.

Mike White added 11 points for Henderson, which improved to 2-13 overall and 1-2 in District 16-3A. Tre' Hollins had seven assists.

Five Wildcats Score in Double Figures as Big Sandy Hammers Harleton

HARLETON -- Isaiah Johnson had 22 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and two steals to lead five Big Sandy players in double figures in the Wildcats' 79-48 rout at Harleton on Friday.

Joshua Jackson added 18 points, six steals, and five rebounds, while Matt Easley had 14 points and nine rebounds. Taurus Keppard and Jacob Owens scored 11 points apiece. Keppard also had five assists, and two steals.

Jackson, Easley, and Owens hit two three-pointers each for Big Sandy, which improved to 15-2 overall and 2-0 in district play. Harleton fell to 1-2 in district.

Ty Johnson, Kendrick Anderson Power Laneville Past Apple Springs

APPLE SPRING -- Ty Johnson and Kendrick Anderson posted double-doubles to lead Laneville to an 84-27 win at Apple Springs.

Johnson led Laneville (15-6, 2-0) with 18 points, 14 rebounds, and five blocks, while Anderson added 16 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists. Donta Harris had 15 points and six assists and hit three three-pointers.

Laneville got nine points from Tralon Alexander, as well as seven points from Rico Pereles. Anthony Roberts had six points and four steals. Tiarel Franklin and Aaron Bush scored five points apiece.

Frankston Edges Harmony to Remain Unbeaten in District

FRANKSTON -- Corey Warren and Ozzie Buckner led Frankston to a 43-42 victory over Harmony on Friday to keep the Indians undefeated in District 18-2A.

Warren scored 14 points and Buckner added 13 for the Tribe, which improved to 12-7 overall and 3-0 in 18-2A. Tye Griffin scored eight points.

Alan Peralta led Harmony (7-13, 0-3) with 11 points, six rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Austin Spurlock, who hit three three-pointers, also scored 11 points. Seth Seabolt and Ethan Edwards scored seven and six, respectively.  Brandon Johnson (four points) grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.

ATHENS -- Canton opened District 15-3A play with a 59-34 win at Athens on Friday.

Canton (11-11, 1-0) hit six three-pointers to power the district-opening victory.

Maya Bradford Leads Beckville to 41-28 Win Over Carlisle

BECKVILLE -- Maya Bradford's 15 points, 11 rebounds, and three steals led Beckville to a 41-28 victory against Carlisle on Friday.

Ivy Rieke added eight points and 11 boards for Beckville (11-10, 1-3), while Monique Holt had six points and three rebounds.

Kennedy Bissot led Carlisle with 13 points.
