Class 3A has been East Texas' strongest softball classification all season, and Monday's Texas Girls Coaches Association polls continue to reflect that.

Rusk, Henderson, and Gladewater led the East Texas 3A contingent, which included four teams in the top nine and seven teams in the top 20.

Rusk and Henderson kept the No. 4 and No. 5 spots, respectively, while Gladewater moved up one spot to sixth. Lufkin Hudson jumped one spot to ninth. Mineola ascended two places to 13th, while Pollok Central, which wasn't ranked a week ago, showed up at No. 14 in Monday's poll. Gilmer slipped one spot to 20th.

Hallsville continued to be the region's lone Class 5A or Class 4A team in the rankings. The Ladycats were 16th in the 4A poll, two spots higher than last week.

Class 2A saw three teams fall out of the top 25: Central Heights (previously No. 16), Sabine (previously No. 21), and New Boston (previously No. 25). Troup slipped one spot to ninth, while Edgewood jumped into the poll at No. 21. Grand Saline fell two spots to 24th and Winnsboro dropped two spots into a tie at No. 25 with Callisburg.

Alto and Harleton maintained their strangleholds on the No. 3 and No. 4 spots, respectively, in the Class A poll. Saltillo climbed seven places to No. 9. Beckville fell one spot to 11th.
