10.Bivins Caraway

  • Quarterback
  • Longview
  • 6-0, 200
  • committed to ULM; additional offers Navy, New Mexico, Texas State (per Caraway)

The running game has always been the emphasis of Longview Lobo football, but Bivins Caraway has helped make the “Rockin’ L” a serious threat through the air.

Caraway threw for more than 2,400 yards with 22 touchdowns and only five interceptions as a junior, leading Longview to an 11-2 record and the Class 5A Division II Region II semifinal round, where the Lobos lost to eventual state champion Spring Dekaney and Texas A&M signee Trey Williams. This season, Caraway is one of only two returning offensive starters, but could have a new crop of talented underclassmen skill players to spread the ball to.

Don’t be surprised if Caraway’s offer list grows. As the quarterback of a high-profile 5A program with multiple Division I FBS offers already under his belt, Caraway will likely receive more attention from bigger programs in the coming weeks and months. If so, he could see his position in the ETSN 25 rise.

The ETSN 25 countdown so far ...
